Product Features
The signal output can be freely selected in terms of waveform, either a square wave or a pulse wave.
2. It features high detection accuracy, good stability and strong anti-interference ability.
3. It can continuously measure forward and reverse torque without the need for repeated zero adjustment.
It can measure both static torque and dynamic torque.
5. Small in size, light in weight and easy to install. The sensor can be used independently of the secondary instrument. As long as ± 15VDC(200mA) power supply is provided according to the socket pin number, it can output an equal square wave or pulse wave frequency signal proportional to the impedance and torque.
6. Measuring range: 0- 500,000 nm. Standard range is optional, and special ranges can be customized.

Detection of output torque and power of rotating power equipment such as electric motors, engines, and internal combustion engines;

6. It can be used in process industries and flow industries; Basic principle: Torque measurement: The strain gauge electrical measurement technology is adopted. A strain bridge is formed on the elastic shaft. By providing power to the strain bridge, the electrical signal of the torsion on the elastic shaft can be measured. After amplifying the strain signal, it undergoes voltage/frequency conversion to become a frequency signal proportional to the torsional strain.
