The motor comprehensive performance test bench is mainly used to test the input voltage, input current (AC/DC), input power and power factor (AC) of the motor. Output torque (rated torque, locked-rotor torque, starting torque, maximum torque, etc.), output speed, output mechanical power; Efficiency; Temperature rise, vibration, noise, etc. Type tests and factory tests can be conducted to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the motor, providing accurate parameter basis for the research and development, production, maintenance and on-site application of the motor. The motor comprehensive performance testing bench can test various types of asynchronous motors, synchronous motors, permanent magnet motors, AC motors, DC motors, new energy motors, etc.
1. Load equipment (core) : It is used to apply adjustable load (torque) to the motor, simulating real load conditions. The main types are:
Hysteresis dynamometer: Suitable for high-speed, low-power motors, with high control accuracy.
Magnetic powder dynamometer: Simple structure, large braking torque, suitable for medium and low speeds.
The eddy current dynamometer has a wide power range and is durable, but its low-speed performance is slightly inferior.
The most common electric dynamometer: It can be used as both a load (consuming power) and a drive (outputting power), and can achieve energy feedback to the power grid, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. It is the mainstream choice for current high-performance testing.
2. Measurement and Sensor System:
Torque/speed sensor: Directly measures the output torque and speed of the motor to calculate power. This is the core of performance computing.
Linear power analyzer: High-precision measurement of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, and efficiency of motors.
Data acquisition card: Collects auxiliary signals such as temperature, vibration and noise.
3. Control System
The measurement and control cabinet: It includes a frequency converter, controller, power supply, protection circuit, etc.
The measurement and control software: running on the computer, it is the "brain" of the test bench. Users can set up test processes, control equipment operation, display curves in real time and automatically generate test reports through it.
The testing process can be manually or automatically loaded. The test results can be generated into customized test reports, curve charts, etc. The process data can be generated into Word, Excel or PDF format files, and the data can be saved, edited, printed, etc. The interface of the test system is simple and clean, and it is convenient to upgrade and maintain. The company offers free training for operators and provides guidance on usage and maintenance.
