SC-5H Automatic Tension Controller

The SC-5H automatic tension controller adopts a liquid crystal display, which can be displayed in both Chinese and English. The interface is friendly and easy to use. It can output 0-24V/4A to directly drive magnetic powder clutches and magnetic powder brakes. It can also output 0-5V and 0-10V signals to control frequency converters, servo motors or other actuators, and perform high-precision tension control on the winding system. It can be widely applied in industries such as papermaking, printing, packaging, textile, and dyeing and printing.

The SC-5H automatic tension controller can be set as a fully automatic tension controller. By installing tension sensors, a closed-loop control system can be formed.

The SC-5H automatic tension controller can be set as a roll diameter tension controller. Just install a proximity switch or encoder to measure the radius of the roll material, and the controller will perform tension control based on the roll diameter.

Functional features of the automatic tension controller

It adopts a 128×96 graphic LCD display, with both Chinese and English display options, and a user-friendly operation interface.

b. Strain gauge tension sensors can be selected (with an input signal range of 20mV and a power supply of 5V)

5. By using proximity switches to measure the roll diameter, the function of taper tension control can be achieved

6. Optional serial communication function is available. RS485 or RS232 communication interfaces can be selected to form a distributed system with PLC and PC.

7. The far-overshoot PID algorithm is adopted to ensure that the tension does not exceed the limit during the system's start/stop process.

8. It has dual-axis switching function and acceleration and deceleration control function.

9. Uninterrupted switching between automatic and manual control modes.

10. Parameter password protection to prevent accidental modification.
