A high-speed slitting machine is an industrial device that can precisely and at high speed cut wide roll materials (such as paper, film, metal foil, composite materials, etc.) along their length into multiple narrow rolls. This is the soul of the high-speed slitter. The system adopts a closed-loop tension sensor to achieve automatic tension control throughout the entire process from unwinding, pulling to rewinding. It can also use conical tension control to ensure that the material coil is consistent in tightness from the inside out, preventing "chrysanthemum patterns" and "star-shaped" wrinkles.

3. Automation and Intelligence

It is equipped with functions such as automatic roll changing, automatic adhesive application, automatic unloading (for high-end models), storage and retrieval of process parameters, production statistics, remote monitoring and maintenance.
