VT Safety Chuck
The safety chuck is a pre-designed solution for supporting material rolls and transmitting torque, and the standard safety chuck offers users an economical and simple installation design.
The hydraulic safety chuck is set at the drill pipe connection end of the main shaft to provide fast, accurate, safe and simple connection transmission and disconnection actions for frequent actions such as connection transmission and disconnection.
Moreover, the reduction transmission mechanism is a single-stage helical gear reduction transmission mechanism, which is compact in structure and can effectively reduce the size and weight of the power head. In the further technical solution, the motor adopts a helical shaft type plunger variable motor. By adjusting the displacement of the variable motor, stepless speed regulation can be achieved.
