The worm gear box load durability test system is composed of a 3Kw servo motor / 1:43 planetary reducer (power) - 500N.m input end torque and speed sensor - worm gear box - output end torque and speed sensor - loading device, test bench, actuator installation fixture, detection cabinet, etc. It can change the load of the tested electric actuator at will and directly measure:
The torque, rotational speed and power input by the worm gear box
The torque, rotational speed and power output by the worm gear box
The efficiency and speed ratio of worm gear boxes
Test parameters
Torque: 5000-1000KN.m
Test accuracy
Mechanical: ±0.2% F.S (Torque, speed, power)
Efficiency: ±0.2% F.S
Angle: ±1°
Software functions
The worm gear box test software is a data acquisition software based on PC (Windows 7 SP1) for testing the performance of worm gear boxes. The test software, in conjunction with electrical parameter instruments, torque and speed acquisition instruments, programmable loading instruments and other instruments, can perform manual loading, automatic loading, curve loading, fixed-point testing, durability testing and other test items on the valves under test. Data is automatically stored and test curves are dynamically generated. Multiple curves can be selectively displayed for data comparison. All measured data are saved in a database file in the format of.db for convenient user query. The software can export data as PDF, Word graphic reports or Excel format data files according to the Settings and save them to a personal computer.
The specific functions are as follows
4.1 Can display, save and print:
The torque, rotational speed and power input of the tested worm gear box
Output torque, rotational speed and power; Efficiency; Speed ratio Rotation Angle
Each parameter and the curve relationships among them, and form a report for saving and printing
4.2 Life test, contact output. Instructions can be sent to command the start and stop of the actuator's cyclic actions. The action of the actuator can be controlled by switching between the panel and the upper computer.
4.3 Loading methods: Manual and program-controlled loading
Specific test items can be negotiated or customized by both parties. For technical support, please call 400-111-3688.
